Selleys Silicone S601
Selleys Silicone S601 is a professional grade neutral curing silicone sealant that is mould and fungus resistant. It is suitable for areas exposed to high humidity such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundries. It has excellent adhesion and provides a watertight, durable seal.

What materials is this product suitable for?
- Ceramics
- Glazed and porcelain tiles
- Metal
- Copper and brass fittings
- Powder coated metals
- Plastic laminates

- Stainless steel concrete and grouts
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and sound.
- Cut tip off cartridge and cut nozzle to suitable size opening (approx 5mm) at a 45° angle. Fit nozzle to cartridge. Applying using a caulking gun.
- Apply masking tape to either side of the joint where contact with sealant is not required.
- Push sealant into joint or onto surface. Ensure sealant makes good contact with the surface.
- Smooth sealant surface immediately with a tool dipped in a mixture of detergent and water.
- Peel off masking immediately for clean straight edges.
- Cannot be painted over.
- Not suitable for aquariums or drinking water containers.
- Not suitable for permanent water immersion or areas of high abrasion.
- Each cartridge covers approx 15 lineal meters/5mm bead.
- Complete painting before applying sealant as it cannot be painted over.
- Store unopened sealant below 27°C in a dry area. Use within 12 months of purchase.
- Clean wet product with mineral turpentine.
- Cured adhesive/sealant must be abraded or trimmed with a knife.
