DELIVERY

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery of Selleys products is fulfilled by J&T express. Please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to reach you.

To track your parcel, please refer to https://jtsvip.jtexpress.sg/service/instanceExpressTrack with your order reference number. You can refer to the order confirmation email for your order reference number.

What are the delivery charges?

We offer a flat delivery fee of $3.50 across all purchase. For purchases above $50, enjoy free delivery on us.

Is the delivery only limited to specific regions?

Delivery is only available in Singapore. There is no international delivery.

What are the payment modes available?

We accept Mastercard, Visa or American Express via payment gateway, Stripe.

Is the payment process secure?

All online payment information are seamlessly & securely processed via our Payment Processor: Stripe.

No financial information can be accessed by Selleys Singapore throughout the entire payment process.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Am I able to cancel my order?

No. You will not be able to cancel your order once payment is made.

Am I able to exchange or refund my product after purchase?

We only accept refund and exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Defective Item received
  • Incorrect Item received

We sincerely apologize for any incorrect or defective items received. All refund and exchange requests must be made within 7 working days. Kindly raise the refund/exchange request through the Contact Us Form.  Alternatively, email us at selleys@nipponpaint.com.sg with a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of defect, along with your order reference for verification purposes and to further process an exchange/refund to the correct item for you.

In the event of an incorrect item received, please ensure that the products are in perfect condition, with original packaging intact.

For products with manufacturing defects. Selleys will inspect the condition of the returned products before proceeding a refund. Selleys will arrange for a pick-up service for direct exchanges.

If a one-to-one exchange to the original item is not available due to stocks availability, we will refund the order amount to you.

Any form of damage caused to the product after using the product is not considered a defect and will not be liable for any returns, exchange or refunds. It is the shoppers’ responsibility to treat all products received with care.
