Cartridge:
  1. Make sure surfaces are clean, free from grease, girt and grime. Sand back any loose or peeling surfaces.
  2. Cut the tip of the cartridge and screw on the supplied nozzle.
  3. Load into a high quality caulking gun.
  4. With the v-notch of the nozzle facing upwards, apply adhesive on one surface in long vertical beads approximately 5cm apart.
  5. After applying the adhesive, press surfaces together firmly, ensuring the adhesive spreads.
  6. Clean up any excess product with white spirits or mineral turpentine.
 Tube:
  1. Make sure surfaces are clean, free from grease, girt and grime. Sand back any loose or peeling surfaces.
  2. Pull off cap, unscrew nozzle and pierce membrane with the tip of the nozzle. Replace nozzle and cut along the second ridge.
  3. Cover one surface in the adhesive in long vertical strips.
  4. After applying the adhesive, press surfaces together firmly, ensuring the adhesive spreads.
  5. Clean up any excess product with white spirits or mineral turpentine.
 Limitations:
  • *Not for some plastics (PE, PP, PTFE) or some rubbers.
  • Product holds up to 360kg/m² or 240kg/m² on vertical surfaces (eg. walls).
  • For heavy objects, overhead applications and non-porous materials such as glass and metals it is recommended that additional supports are used during cure as a precaution.
  • Must not be disturbed until cured (at least 48 hours).
  • Clean up any excess product with white spirits or mineral turpentine.
