Use in a well ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
  1. Throughly clean and dry surface from oil, dirt and grease with mineral turpentine.
  2. Remove tab lock, twist collar clockwise to MAX, remove nozzle cap, press lever to dispense.
  3. Smooth with a spatula dipped in soapy water. Clean up before sealant skins (5-10 minutes) with a cloth dampened in mineral turpentine. Twist collar back to MIN and replace nozzle cap.
  4. Sealant will fully cure in 72 hours.

Limitations:
  • Not for use on polyethylene, polypropylene or Teflon. Pre-test plastics before use.
  • Sealant is not paintable. Complete painting 7 days prior to applying sealant.
  • Not for aquariums or contact with food, eating utensils or drinking water.
  • For a neat finish and easy clean up, tape both sides of the gap before applying the product.
  • Work in sections that can be completed before sealant skins. Tooling off and tape removal must be completed before skinning occurs or a rough surface may result, so working in sections allows for a better finish.
  • When first applying product, extrude a small amount onto a piece of scrap material to ensure a smooth continuous flow of silicone sealant.
  • For a better finish, use a spatula dipped in mineral turpentine or soapy water to tool off the sealant.
  • Keep sealant cleaned regularly to avoid build-up of soap scum. Use Selleys Rapid Mould Killer.
  • Uncured product may be removed with mineral turpentine.
  • Cured product can be removed by cutting and scraping.
